When to leave Free
Free is the real product with a cap: 1 account, 1,000 DMs, 100 contacts, 10 leads, and a branded first DM. Stay there while the keyword and the link are still a test.
Move to Pro at $9 when you need a second or third account, Facebook Pages, the follow gate, the nudge, scheduling, product cards, or a run against comments that are already on the post. The DM cap comes off.
Growth and Business
Growth is $14. It is Pro plus AI replies on your rules, a goal for each reply, About this topic matching, and 1,000 AI credits a month. The model can be wrong. Keep the fallback text useful.
Business is $29. It is Growth plus 10 connected accounts, 5 team seats, 2,500 AI credits, and Google Sheets. Direct Meta Ads audience export is off on Business too.
What no plan includes
No plan sends WhatsApp, SMS, email newsletters, or TikTok messages. No plan extracts another account’s followers. No plan imports a ManyChat or LinktoDM flow.
Meta still limits who can receive a DM. A paid plan removes DripDM’s own caps. It does not override a closed messaging window or a missing permission.
How to choose in one pass
One Instagram account and a keyword reply: Free. A second account, a Facebook Page, or the nudge: Pro. Replies that have to vary, from notes you wrote: Growth. A team and ten accounts: Business.
