Post and Reel comments use comment rules. Supported story replies and reactions use story rules. A comment rule watches every post and Reel, one existing post or Reel, or the next post or Reel. A story rule watches any story, one story, or the next story. Turn a next-post or next-story rule on before you publish. Open Automations after you publish. DripDM attaches the rule to the earliest new post or story and shows a notice. A private reply to a comment is not permission for an ongoing sequence. The recipient must respond before the normal conversation window opens.

DripDM is not a cold-DM or follower-scraping tool. Work from eligible comments, story interactions, or inbound messages. Meta limits private replies and ongoing conversations separately. A saved rule, paid plan, or scheduled time does not override those limits.

Ask for an email or phone number as part of a relevant conversation. DripDM saves supported replies as contact details. Explain why you collect them and obtain any consent required for later marketing. Free stores up to 10 captured leads; paid plans remove that product cap.

Tracked short links record clicks associated with your automation. Use them to compare which offers get attention. Unique clicks are an estimate, not verified people, purchases, or revenue. Use your checkout or other consent-based measurement to confirm sales.

Free has no trial deadline and requires no payment card. It includes one Instagram account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads, plus core triggers, link tracking, and a bio page. Paid plans add features and account capacity.

Pro and higher plans let you schedule a message up to seven days ahead. Delivery still requires an eligible, open Meta messaging window at send time. DripDM blocks an expired-window send rather than treating the schedule as new permission.

No. A growth-gate rule asks the recipient to follow your Instagram account before a link is released. It does not auto-follow, scrape followers, or force a follow. The check depends on supported permissions and account eligibility.

Pro and Growth include three connected accounts. Business includes ten connected accounts and five team seats. Paid Facebook Pages share those account limits. Invite team members with their own logins rather than sharing your password.

No. Saved replies, keyword rules, and core automation do not require AI. Growth and Business include optional AI-reply credits. Review the knowledge and goals you supply, avoid unnecessary sensitive data, and check generated answers for mistakes.

The current paid-plan prices do not scale with contact count. Pro is $9, Growth is $14, and Business is $29 per month. Paid unlimited DMs, contacts, and leads refer to DripDM plan caps; Meta rate limits, platform access, and acceptable-use rules still apply.

Use the dashboard billing page to open the Stripe billing controls and review any plan-change confirmation. Disconnect a social account in the connection settings. For account or message-data deletion, follow the public Data Deletion page and contact privacy@dripdm.com. Disconnecting is not the same as deleting every stored record or external export.

Yes. Paste the DripDM server URL into Claude or ChatGPT, then sign in and allow one workspace. The assistant reads that workspace and can set up a comment automation. Connect your agent
