Your Page, on the same plan.
Connect a Facebook Page on Pro, Growth, or Business. Comment-to-Messenger, keyword replies, ice breakers, and lead capture sit next to your Instagram rules.

What a Page can do
The Page uses Meta login, the same way Instagram does.
- A keyword on a Page post sends a public reply and a Messenger message. Watch every post, one existing post, or the next post.
- A Messenger keyword sends the reply you wrote.
- Ice breakers are questions on a new chat.
- Email and phone capture use the same lead list.
Plan
Pages start on Pro at $9 a month. The free plan is Instagram only.
Give the Page its own entry points and responses
A Page can sit alongside Instagram in the workspace while retaining its own audience, account selection, and Messenger conversations. Connect it on Pro or above and create rules that match Page activity. A keyword on Instagram does not automatically handle a Page post. A Page comment rule uses the same Watch choices: every post, one existing post, or the next post. Use ice breakers for useful new-chat questions and saved Messenger replies for identifiable requests. The shared management layer does not merge platform identities or grant cross-channel messaging permission.
A workflow to try
For a local restaurant, create a Page menu keyword and a new-chat question about reservations. Maintain the menu and booking URLs in their respective responses. Test a fresh Page comment and a Messenger question as separate journeys from an independent profile. Inspect the public response, private destination, requests, and lead record if capture is enabled. Keep a person responsible for reservation confirmation and meal-specific safety questions; sending a URL does not resolve either automatically.
Checks before you change the setup
Coordinate Business Suite and any helpdesk before enabling duplicate keyword responses. Preserve the old setup during a migration and test one rule before moving the rest. A first private reply to a comment is separate from an open conversation, so do not assume it authorizes later nudges. Product allowances and Meta limits remain distinct. If delivery fails, check Page access, rule scope, recipient eligibility, window, and conversation control in that order of evidence rather than repeatedly rewriting the message.
Maintain a Page-specific response sheet
Record the Page identity, post invitation, Messenger keyword, ice-breaker question and payload, opening reply, and destination for each campaign. Test them from a customer’s view, not only from an administrator settings screen. Keep location and service information correct for the Page, especially when Instagram serves a different audience. Coordinate duplicate responders and tell the support team which rules are live. If a destination changes, check the Page sheet as well as the saved rule. This small maintenance habit is more useful than assuming a shared workspace keeps every channel’s public promise and private answer automatically synchronized.
Questions
No. The Page is another connected account in the workspace.
Connected accounts are subject to the workspace plan limit; budget Page and Instagram connections together rather than assuming a Page is an unlimited extra. Pro and Growth support three accounts, while Business supports ten and adds five team seats. Verify available capacity before connecting another business identity.
No. Page connection and the described Messenger workflows start on Pro or above. Free remains an Instagram plan with its own allowances. Check account capacity and Page access independently from the existing Instagram connection.
