A agencies flow
Keyword: INFO. The DM sends the client’s booking or offer link.
The public reply can say the message is in their DMs. The link stays private.
What to turn on
Pro and Growth stop at 3 accounts. Use them for a small roster. Use Business when the roster is the product.
- A separate rule set per account.
- Sheets entitlement on Business, subject to operator/provider authorization.
- No shared password. Each account connects with Meta login.
Pricing
Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.
Build an account-by-account operating routine
Create a campaign inventory for each client: connected account, keyword, destination, offer owner, and expiry date. Business allows ten accounts and five seats, while the inbox shows the selected account rather than one aggregated queue. Assign responsibility for checking each client inbox and require account verification before staff edit a live rule. Connect through the authorized client owner instead of sharing social passwords. Test one campaign on every account before reporting a rollout complete.
A shared workspace needs deliberate data handling. Do not place several clients in one open lead spreadsheet merely because the integration is available. Confirm operator/provider readiness for Business Sheets before promising it in a retainer. Do not promise direct Meta Ads export; the current service blocks it. The plan is not a white-label portal, unlimited seat license, or per-client billing engine. Report actual deliveries, replies, and taps separately and pair them with the client booking or checkout record when discussing outcomes.
Prepare a test before asking your audience
Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.
Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.
Select capacity without overpromising the product
Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.
A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.
Questions
No. Staff select an account and see its threads. Design a checking routine rather than promising aggregated cross-account triage.
Yes. The free plan does not ask for a card. Upgrade when you need more accounts, the follow gate, or AI.
No. You connect with Meta’s official login. DripDM does not take the password.
Read requests that fall outside the published offer, verify details in your own business system, and confirm the final outcome there. Automation delivers information; it does not replace professional judgment or an external booking process.
