What to turn on
Add a Facebook Page on Pro if guests comment on the Page instead of Instagram.
- Comment to DM on look posts.
- A story for a cancelled chair.
- A reminder on Pro for people who asked and did not tap.
Pricing
Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.
Let the booking system own the chair
A before-and-after post can invite BOOK and send the calendar for the specific service shown. Explain whether the appointment price depends on consultation, length, or a selected treatment; do not fill in an unverified estimate. If a cancellation becomes available, use a story scoped to that offer and update the response when the slot is taken. Pro supports a Facebook Page for guests who ask under Page posts rather than Instagram.
Avoid promising that a DM reserves a chair, takes a deposit, or applies a promotion. Those outcomes belong to the booking platform and staff. A recipient who asks about allergies, hair damage, or treatment suitability needs a person rather than a fixed promotional message. A reminder is only eligible after the relevant messaging window exists. Review taps beside confirmed bookings instead of assuming each tap is an appointment.
Prepare a test before asking your audience
Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.
Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.
Select capacity without overpromising the product
Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.
A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.
Questions
It does not promise booking-system synchronization. Update or disable the offer when staff or the calendar confirms the slot is gone.
Yes. The free plan does not ask for a card. Upgrade when you need more accounts, the follow gate, or AI.
No. You connect with Meta’s official login. DripDM does not take the password.
Read requests that fall outside the published offer, verify details in your own business system, and confirm the final outcome there. Automation delivers information; it does not replace professional judgment or an external booking process.
