The DM loop for a solo creator.
You post, people comment a keyword, and the link arrives in their DMs. DripDM runs that loop on the free plan.

A creators flow
Keyword: LINK. The DM sends the lead magnet or the product URL.
The public reply can say the message is in their DMs. The link stays private.
What to turn on
Growth adds AI replies when the question is not a single keyword. Business is for a team that also runs client accounts.
- Comment keyword to a private link.
- Story reply to the same offer.
- A bio page for the links that stay up.
- A follow gate on Pro when the file is worth a follow.
Pricing
Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.
A resource launch without an inbox marathon
For a creator sharing a weekly editing checklist, scope CHECKLIST to the tutorial that demonstrates it, or set Watch to the next post before you publish that tutorial. The message names the checklist and states whether the link is a free download or a paid product. A story can offer the same file with its own response context. Keep evergreen resources on the bio page so viewers who dislike commenting still have a route. Change the rule when the tutorial points to a new version rather than quietly sending an obsolete file.
Separate resource requests from collaboration inquiries. A brand asking about sponsorship should reach you, not a generic checklist reply. If you use a follow gate on Pro, explain the DONE reply and test both follow outcomes. Capturing an email requires a clear purpose and is a separate decision from delivering the resource. Link taps show interest, not that the viewer read the document. Compare them with your own checkout or download records.
Prepare a test before asking your audience
Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.
Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.
Select capacity without overpromising the product
Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.
A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.
Questions
No. Use automation for a defined resource request and handle terms, availability, and collaboration decisions yourself.
Yes. The free plan does not ask for a card. Upgrade when you need more accounts, the follow gate, or AI.
No. You connect with Meta’s official login. DripDM does not take the password.
Read requests that fall outside the published offer, verify details in your own business system, and confirm the final outcome there. Automation delivers information; it does not replace professional judgment or an external booking process.
