Pick DripDM if
- You want Facebook Pages in the same $9 plan as a second and third account.
- You want AI on Growth at $14, which is less than LinktoDM Pro at $15 and already includes the Pro features.
- A simple rule is enough: keyword, message, review and launch.
Pick LinktoDM if
- You want two Instagram accounts and a teammate on the free plan. DripDM Free is one account and no seats.
- You want delays, conditional follow-ups, and backtrack inside a flow builder.
- You want API access or comment like-and-hide actions. Those are on LinktoDM Pro+.
What you are actually comparing
Both products send an Instagram DM after a comment or a story reply. LinktoDM’s free plan is more generous on volume: 2,000 DMs and 2 accounts, against DripDM’s 1,000 DMs and 1 account.
The paid gap flips. DripDM Pro is $9 for 3 accounts and unlimited DMs. LinktoDM Pro is $15 a month ($126 if you pay the year up front) for 3 accounts, unlimited DMs, and AI auto reply. DripDM puts AI on Growth at $14, and that plan includes everything in Pro.
A concrete switch
Say your Reel says “comment GUIDE and I’ll send the checklist.” In DripDM you open Automations, choose New rule, and pick the Comment keyword trigger. Keyword GUIDE, match Contains, Watch set to that post or to Next post or Reel.
Step 2 is the message: a short public reply, then the DM with the checklist link. Step 3 is Review and launch. Turn the rule on and test from a second account. DripDM does not import a LinktoDM flow. You rebuild this one campaign.
Where a flow builder still wins
If the reply has to wait two hours, branch on a button, and send a different follow-up when they ignore it, LinktoDM Pro is built for that. DripDM’s follow-up is one nudge on Pro. It cancels if they reply or tap. It is not a multi-step canvas.

LinktoDM Free includes team access for up to 2 people. Pro includes up to 5. Pro+ includes up to 10. DripDM Free has no seats. Business is the first DripDM plan with seats, and it includes 5.
DripDM Free adds “Automated with dripdm.com” on the first DM to a contact. Pro removes it. If a branded first line is a problem on day one, LinktoDM’s free plan is the one to test, or you move DripDM to Pro.
