Planning rate for one post
$200
Estimate: ($20 per 1,000 followers) × (your rate ÷ 3%). Shops, agencies, and coaches use a higher factor here. Brands do not owe this number. It is a starting point for a quote.
How to read the result
Say the formula out loud in the pitch. A sponsor can redo the math.
The tool runs in your browser. It does not send the numbers to DripDM.
Build the contract scope around the modeled rate
This widget uses the same implemented sponsorship formula as the money calculator: $20 per 1,000 followers, engagement relative to 3% with a 0.4 floor, and the displayed niche factors. It is not an independent market valuation. Enter a representative follower count and engagement percentage, then treat the output as an initial reference for one post. The calculator does not price licensing, exclusivity, production complexity, revisions, or a package of multiple deliverables.
Using the inputs and result
Draft a quote worksheet beside the result. State the deliverable, platform, publication period, review rounds, usage rights, and whether the brand may use the content in advertising. If a DM resource handoff is part of the campaign, define who supplies and maintains the destination and how results are reported. Separate the creation fee from additional rights rather than hiding everything in a multiplier. Review the proposed terms with the appropriate advisor where legal obligations are material.
Limits and result checks
Use the correct niche and a consistently calculated engagement input. A high percentage from a giveaway may not represent a typical sponsored post, and a follower count does not establish audience fit. Do not call the output an audited value or a guaranteed minimum fee. When comparing proposals, compare matching scope and rights rather than only the modeled amount. A campaign’s actual bookings or sales need destination evidence; link taps alone are not proof of commercial return.
Compare proposals with matching rights
Keep creation and publication terms separate from reuse, paid amplification, and exclusivity when reviewing a quote. A lower numerical estimate may cover fewer obligations rather than better value. If a resource DM is part of the deliverable, define who maintains the link and reports the handoff. Do not promise sales from likes or follower size. Review the real contract with appropriate support when needed, and present the widget formula as an assumption-based aid instead of an externally certified price.

No. Copy the result into your caption, bio, or a DripDM rule.
No. Those options select a built-in factor in this illustrative model. They do not verify what a sponsor will pay. Explain the formula and negotiate the real scope, rights, and audience fit separately before treating the estimate as a contractual price.
Both currently use the same sponsorship formula and niche factors. Their editorial purposes differ, but do not describe them as independent valuations. Review the actual contract scope and comparable completed work separately.
