Language
Tell the instructions to reply in Hindi or Hinglish. Paste the offer in that language. Test a draft before you enable the rule. A test reserves 1 AI credit; provider failures may still consume it.
Test the language your customers actually write
A multilingual buying decision needs more than a claim that Hindi is supported. Customers may mix English product names, Romanized Hindi, local place names, and abbreviations in one question. DripDM instructions can ask for Hindi or Hinglish wording, but this is a tested configuration choice rather than a promise of an automatic language-matching system. Growth and Business prices are in USD. Do not adopt Reachlee INR tariffs or language-specific guarantees as DripDM entitlements.
A workflow to try
Prepare a note with the exact service names, prices, locations, and links your business uses. Test a clear Hindi question, a Hinglish question, a short ambiguous request, and a language switch mid-conversation. Specify whether product names should remain in English and whether you prefer Devanagari or Romanized text. Review the output with a fluent speaker when precision matters. Include missing-policy questions so a polished translation does not hide an unsupported factual answer.
Checks before you change the setup
Budget for preview credits as well as live model work. Topic matching and generation can reserve credits separately, and a preview provider failure can still consume its reserved credit. Compare the total cost after checkout conversion, taxes, or issuer fees rather than a static INR conversion in a review. If the business serves several brands, keep account notes and pricing separate. A customer writing in another language does not change the Meta messaging window or create a cold-outreach permission.
Create a language review sheet before launch
Include the writing system, regional terms, exact product names, currency wording, and examples of the audience’s ordinary questions. Keep sensitive customer details out of the sheet. Ask the reviewer to assess meaning as well as fluency: does the answer distinguish availability from a request, current price from an estimate, and a support destination from a completed support action? Update the instructions when the desired tone is unclear, then preview again within the credit budget. A regional buying comparison should examine usable replies and the actual converted purchase total, not rely on a generic fluent-in-every-language claim or an unverified local tariff.
Questions
No. AI is included on Growth and Business. It is not a per-message rupee pack inside DripDM.
No. Instructions and examples can improve the intended style, but vocabulary, region, and audience expectations vary. Test representative questions, ask a fluent reviewer to check the wording, and keep a concise fallback. Treat language quality as something to verify, not a plan entitlement.
Yes when your audience uses both. Include mixed product names, local terms, and ambiguous wording. Instructions describe the desired style, but representative previews and a fluent reviewer establish whether the output works for your audience.
