Vendor guide
Chatfuel pricing: verify the offer you will use.
Use the official Chatfuel information linked below. Current prices, plan gates, refunds, account-specific promotions, and exact billing menus remain unverified here; no third-party price table is treated as the vendor’s contract.

Build a total-cost worksheet
Write down the exact plan offered at checkout, renewal interval, currency, and tax treatment. Separate the account allowance from the message or conversation allowance, contact storage, seats, and AI meter. If the vendor bills more than one component, request a quote that reflects all components your workflow uses. An advertised entry amount is not necessarily the total for your current account.
Test a quiet campaign, an ordinary campaign, and the operational plan for a spike. Use your own volumes rather than made-up benchmark numbers. Ask whether the product pauses, charges overages, or requires an upgrade when a limit is reached. Record what happens to captured data when you downgrade. Evaluate maintenance and staff handoff as well as the subscription; a missing external system can matter more than a small price difference.
Commerce conversations versus a fixed offer reply
Use a store policy question and a product request as separate trial cases. Chatfuel publishes Instagram automation; inspect its current commerce and AI configuration rather than assuming an old Messenger-only description remains accurate. In DripDM, a configured rule can send the collection link and staff can handle the order-specific exception. That does not recreate a commerce agent or live order integration.
Ask which checkout, catalog, and order actions remain in the store platform. DripDM product cards are configured content and optional AI notes do not provide authenticated order lookup.
What to verify in the official offer
Use Chatfuel’s linked official product page to verify the current channel, trigger, and commercial terms. This comparison does not assert a live vendor price, refund promise, contact cap, or missing feature. Public information can differ from your account-specific checkout. Record the actual offer for your account and ask the vendor to clarify anything the published page does not establish.
Compare monthly versus annual commitment, the billing unit, included accounts and seats, AI usage, storage, exports, and taxes separately. Then run the same requested-resource test in both products. Count a delivery as a delivery, a captured value as a lead, and a tap as interest. A polished demo or a large feature list does not prove the particular workflow your business needs.
The DripDM side you can plan around
Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.
A comment rule watches every post and Reel, one existing post or Reel, or the next post or Reel after the rule is on. Open Automations after you publish to attach a next-post rule and read the notice. Story rules can target a specific story, any story, or the next story. Inbound DM keyword rules provide fixed answers. Tracked links and a hosted bio page are available on every plan. Optional AI remains a provider-dependent reply setting with credits and a fallback, not a promise of autonomous booking, order actions, or universal channel coverage.
Switch one campaign without dropping the rest
Before leaving Chatfuel, save the keyword, scope, public reply, private text, destination, lead request, cooldown, and consent context. Export the records you are authorized to keep using the vendor’s actual export tools. DripDM does not import another vendor’s flow canvas, historical conversations, CRM pipeline, or storefront. Recreate the supported campaign and keep unsupported operations in their existing systems.
Test with a second eligible account before routing live traffic. Do not run overlapping production rules in two tools while judging duplicate behavior. Preserve access long enough to verify the new flow and the downstream destination, then disable the old campaign deliberately. Subscription cancellation and Meta access removal are separate actions; obtain billing confirmation from the vendor rather than assuming disconnecting stops renewal.
Permission is not a plan upgrade
A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.
Questions
Open the official source linked below, then verify the offer in your own account or ask the vendor. This page is a purchasing checklist, not an account-specific quote or cancellation confirmation.
No automatic import of vendor flows, history, or connected business systems is promised. Recreate the supported rule, test it, and preserve any external operations separately.
Only the official source link and the stated purchasing context are supplied. Current checkout amounts, tier gates, refunds, and account-specific terms remain unverified unless you confirm them directly. An unknown is not a feature exclusion.
No. Paid DripDM plans have no plan DM quota, but Meta eligibility, rate limits, messaging windows, permissions, and recipient behavior still affect delivery.
