The trial link leaves with the comment.

A class Reel can send the trial signup. A story reply can send it again the same day.

A gyms flow

Keyword: TRIAL. The DM sends the trial signup.

The public reply can say the message is in their DMs. The link stays private.

What to turn on

The free plan is enough for one location’s Instagram. A second location needs Pro or a higher account limit.

  • One keyword for trials and one for the timetable.
  • Phone capture if the front desk calls new leads.
  • A follow-up nudge on Pro.

Pricing

Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.

Separate a trial request from a membership sale

A class Reel can invite TRIAL and send the trial registration page. A timetable post should use a different keyword so existing members do not receive an acquisition offer. Explain any trial eligibility or location requirements at the authoritative destination. If the front desk calls new prospects, ask for a number with a clear callback purpose and test capture. For multiple locations, verify account capacity and the selected location before saving the rule.

DripDM does not validate waivers, take membership payment, assess exercise readiness, or guarantee an open class spot. Keep medical and injury questions with qualified staff. Update the link when the trial promotion changes. One eligible nudge can remind an interested recipient, but cannot become a cold reactivation campaign for everyone who once commented. Evaluate actual registrations in your gym system alongside delivery and click activity.

Prepare a test before asking your audience

Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.

Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.

Select capacity without overpromising the product

Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.

A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.
