Product cards instead of a long DM.

Pro sends up to 10 product cards. Each card has its own link. The comment keyword can open that set.

A shops flow

Keyword: SHOP. The DM sends a product card or a collection URL.

The public reply can say the message is in their DMs. The link stays private.

What to turn on

The bio page can hold the same products for people who never comment.

  • A keyword per drop.
  • Three tracked links on Pro when you need tap counts on specific buttons.
  • A reminder if they do not tap.

Pricing

Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.

Choose products that match the post

For a new clothing drop, use DROP on the campaign post and send the featured collection. If the post is not live yet, choose Next post or Reel and turn the rule on before you publish. On Pro, select a handful of product cards with clear sizes or variant context in the subtitle and direct links to the right pages. Keep product titles short enough to distinguish the choices on a phone. If the post highlights a single item, use a single tracked text link. Test the checkout destination from the recipient view.

Cards are configured content, not a live catalog integration. Review stock, price, delivery region, and return links when the offer changes. Do not promise that AI can look up a customer order or approve a refund. Staff should handle account-specific support in the inbox. Link clicks measure navigation; orders and revenue belong to storefront reporting. One reminder can support an eligible conversation, but DripDM is not an abandoned-cart sequence that follows visitors across your store.

Prepare a test before asking your audience

Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.

Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.

Select capacity without overpromising the product

Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.

A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.

Questions

No automatic storefront synchronization is promised. Keep configured cards and links current and let the store manage checkout.
