One product keyword. One tracked link.
The comment sends the product URL. Tap counts show interest in the product destination; your store confirms purchases.

A dropshipping stores flow
Keyword: BUY. The DM sends the product URL.
The public reply can say the message is in their DMs. The link stays private.
What to turn on
Do not use a tool that asks for the Instagram password. DripDM connects with Meta login.
- A fresh keyword when the product changes.
- Three tracked links on Pro for a small bundle.
- A reminder for people who asked and did not tap.
Pricing
Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.
Keep product interest separate from fulfillment claims
Use BUY on a product-specific post and send the actual product page with the correct variant context. If the supplier or item changes, review the rule rather than silently reusing an old offer. Pro cards can show a small bundle, but do not imply that the cards reflect live warehouse stock. Give customers a maintained shipping and returns destination. Test the mobile checkout and confirm the store states realistic delivery regions before publishing.
DripDM does not fulfill orders, verify supplier reliability, synchronize tracking numbers, or process refunds. Optional AI should not invent delivery dates or tell a customer an order has shipped without an authorized source. A link tap is not revenue, and repeated reminders are not a substitute for a good checkout experience. Handle disputes and personal order details with your store support process. Keep affiliate, product, and supplier disclosures accurate at the destination and in the campaign.
Prepare a test before asking your audience
Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.
Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.
Select capacity without overpromising the product
Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.
A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.
