Send the booking link. Do not invent medical advice.
Use a keyword for the booking page. If you turn on AI, keep clinical answers out of the knowledge note.

A clinics flow
Keyword: BOOK. The DM sends the booking page.
The public reply can say the message is in their DMs. The link stays private.
What to turn on
DripDM is not a medical records system. Store only what the booking flow needs.
- A fixed DM for hours and the booking URL.
- A human reply in the inbox for health questions.
- Lead capture only for details you have a reason to store.
Pricing
Free is $0 for 1 account and 1,000 DMs a month. Pro is $9. Growth is $14 and adds AI. Business is $29 and adds 10 accounts, 5 seats, optional Sheets sync subject to provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads export is currently unavailable.
Keep administrative routing separate from care
Use a fixed BOOK response for the appointment portal and a clear public reply that does not reveal why someone might be visiting. Tell people not to send medical records, symptom photographs, or urgent questions into the automated flow. If a callback number is needed, explain the administrative purpose and use only the minimum contact details. A second keyword for opening hours can reduce repeated reception questions without attempting clinical triage.
DripDM is not a medical record system and no health-data compliance certification is claimed. A link does not schedule a confirmed appointment or establish a patient relationship. Do not place patient details in AI knowledge notes or shared spreadsheets. Route clinical questions and emergencies to the appropriate staffed channel using wording approved by the clinic. Staff must review any contact-data handling against their organization policies before enabling capture or exports.
Prepare a test before asking your audience
Connect an eligible professional Instagram account through Meta login, or a Facebook Page on Pro or above. Select the intended account before editing a rule. Confirm the destination opens on a phone and that the offer matches what the caption promises. Use a second, eligible account for a real trigger test; an editor preview cannot prove provider delivery.
Inspect the public reply, private message, and destination separately. A successful public reply does not prove that the DM was delivered. Keep a record of the test time and inspect activity when something fails. Check permissions and rule scope before repeatedly triggering the same recipient. Disable a stale campaign rather than leaving an expired offer running.
Select capacity without overpromising the product
Free includes one account, 1,000 DMs per month, 100 contacts, and 10 captured leads. Pro is $9 per month for three accounts and adds the follow gate, one follow-up nudge, scheduling, product cards, older-comment replay, and Facebook Pages. Growth is $14 for three accounts with 1,000 monthly AI credits. Business is $29 for ten accounts, five seats, and 2,500 AI credits. Paid messaging, contact, and lead quotas are uncapped in the plan configuration; Meta restrictions still apply. Sheets is a Business entitlement and needs provider authorization. Direct Meta Ads audience export is disabled, including on Business.
A comment can qualify for one private reply, subject to Meta eligibility and time limits. It does not itself open a general 24-hour conversation window. The recipient must reply before ordinary follow-up messaging can use that window. A link click or a new follow is not a substitute for an inbound message. Delivery also depends on account permissions, token health, recipient settings, and provider rate limits.

Read requests that fall outside the published offer, verify details in your own business system, and confirm the final outcome there. Automation delivers information; it does not replace professional judgment or an external booking process.
