When to turn on AI
Turn on AI when the questions vary. Leave it off when the answer is one link.

Do this
Keep the change small enough to test from a second account the same day.
- Growth is $14 and includes 1,000 credits.
- Write the price in the knowledge note.
- Keep a fallback line.
Look for factual variation, not a large audience
AI is most useful when questions vary and the relevant facts can be maintained in a concise note. A large follower count does not make a fixed resource reply better when generated. Start by separating exact-link requests, supported factual questions, and requests for a human decision. Keep the first fixed, consider optional AI for the second, and leave the third with a person. This avoids paying credits to make a stable offer less predictable.
A workflow to try
Review a small sample of inbound questions without publishing private customer details. If several ask different shipping or service questions, prepare the current facts, choose one goal, and write fallback plus static text. Preview a routine question, a missing fact, and a request to invent an exception. A preview reserves one credit. Inspect the output for correctness and destination, then enable the narrow rule and read actual conversations before widening its scope.
Checks before you change the setup
Growth and Business provide AI; Free and Pro do not. Topic matching and generation can reserve credits separately, and monthly exhaustion can return saved static text. Maintain that text as carefully as the generated path. Do not assume website scanning, automatic human-takeover timers, or an enforced link allowlist because another product offers them. If the issue is delivery permission or a closed window, generation cannot fix it. Repair the eligible workflow before adding the model.
Keep a stop condition for the first model experiment
Decide which unsupported claims or question types require pausing the rule. A fabricated price, incorrect policy, sensitive personal recommendation, or false action confirmation deserves review before further replies. Keep sample questions and expected boundaries in the test record so fixes can be checked. If the rule does not improve a stable handoff, return to fixed wording without treating that as a failed adoption. Generation is optional. The useful decision is whether a maintained factual topic benefits from variation, not whether the business can advertise an AI feature for every thread regardless of need or credit cost.
Questions
Growth is $14 and includes 1,000 credits. Write the price in the knowledge note. Keep a fallback line.
One supported topic, one maintained note, one testable goal, and safe static plus fallback text. Run representative previews and review a small live sample. Expand only when those replies are accurate and useful; do not begin by handing every account interaction to generation.
No. Variation in questions and the availability of maintained facts matter more. A large audience requesting one file can use fixed text, while a smaller audience asking varied supported questions may benefit from optional generation.
