The bio page and the DM do different jobs
The bio page is the public list. The DM is the private handoff after a comment.

Do this
Keep the change small enough to test from a second account the same day.
- The free plan includes the page and shows a DripDM footer.
- Pro removes that footer and can schedule a link.
- Do not paste every DM keyword into the bio. Keep the bio stable.
Give the public page and private handoff different jobs
A bio page serves people browsing your profile without starting a conversation. A DM serves a particular request made through an eligible interaction. Keep the public page understandable as a stable set of destinations, and let the private message point directly to the requested item. A long directory pasted into every DM makes the handoff harder to follow. The two surfaces can share a destination without sharing every keyword, promotion, or temporary offer.
A workflow to try
Put enduring destinations on the bio page, such as your main offer, booking route, and useful resource. For a specific post, send the matching resource URL in the keyword reply instead of forcing every recipient to search the bio directory. Test both routes on a phone. Free includes the hosted page with DripDM branding; Pro removes the footer and supports paid link scheduling. Verify the actual scheduled-link behavior separately from a scheduled private message.
Checks before you change the setup
When a promotion ends, review both the page and the DM rule so they do not contradict each other. Changing a public link does not automatically rewrite every saved reply. A bio visit is not permission to send a private message, and clicking a destination does not establish a general messaging window. Use the public page as an accessible alternative when a recipient cannot receive a private reply, but do not describe it as a workaround for unsolicited contact.
Audit the public directory after a campaign ends
Remove or revise expired destinations, verify the main booking or product route, and inspect the page on mobile. Then review private rules independently because they may still contain a direct old URL. Keep temporary keyword instructions tied to recognizable creative rather than letting the bio become a history of every past campaign. If a person cannot receive the private message, a useful public destination can fulfill an information need without implying outreach permission. The public page should remain understandable to a newcomer who has not seen the latest post, while the private reply remains specific to the request that initiated it.
Questions

Only when the person actually needs several choices. If they asked for one guide or booking route, a direct relevant destination is clearer. Keep the public page maintained for browsing, and keep the DM focused on fulfilling the particular request.
Do not assume it. Review every relevant saved rule and scheduled destination when an offer changes. The public directory and private handoff are separate surfaces and can otherwise keep pointing to inconsistent information.
